Supporting Shelters Saving More Lives
Henrico Humane Society, in partnership with the William A. Harrison Jr. Foundation and Furbish Thrift, supports municipal shelters across Central Virginia by building a collaborative system that increases visibility and lifesaving outcomes. HHS organizes multi-shelter adoption events to showcase animals from throughout the region and reach a wide audience of potential adoptive families.
Our Shelter Squad is an expanding group of dedicated volunteers who walk shelter dogs, cuddle cats, and introduce them to families looking to adopt.
