Meet Tres!
We found Tres at the Powhatan Animal Control where his owners turned him in very thin and injured. Although the injury cannot be confirmed, it is believed he was kicked very hard in his leg and suffered a severe break. Unfortunately, he had to have his leg removed. He is now recovering at his foster home and is doing well.
