Notes:  Wilhelmina is a female tabby about 8 years old and very affectionate.  She has bright green eyes.  Her newborn human brother was allergic to her and she now has to find a forever home.  She loves to cuddle and sleep next to you at night.  Wilhelmina is shy and probably needs to be in a quiet.home.   She does okay in a multi-pet environment. Please submit an adoption application.

Notes:  Flint is a  male flame-point Siamese-mix.  He is about 1 year old.  His crystal blue eyes are amazing.  He is great with dogs.  Flint plays hard with some other cats, but is a delight to be around. Please submit an adoption application.

Notes:  Cinderella is a bobtail. She was born with a tiny tail that resembles a bunny tail. She lives in a multi-pet household and is afraid of nothing. Notes:  Athena has had a tough life. She was attacked by another cat and wounded permanently in one eye. Her injured eye will tear and has to be wiped. She has an unusual tail that curls over her back like a piglet...too cute. She is affectionate with people, but is afraid of other cats. She does fine with dogs. Can you give this special girl a safe home?

Notes:  Caroline was abandoned at an apartment complex. She will sit next to you on the sofa or snuggle under a lamp in her bed. She deserves to have a home to herself with someone who will not leave her again. If you have room in your heart for this sweet girl, please submit an adoption application.

Notes:         Cheddar - 2 yr old orange tabby.  Beautiful gentle boy.   Cheddar has the sweetest dispositon.  He is a little timid at first however once he is sure he is safe he comes out of his shell and is a sweetheart. He transforms into all purrs and loves attention.  He tends to get picked on by other cats but gets along fine with dogs. Notes:  Laynie has been in foster-care her whole life (born May 12, 2004), and has always been sort-of the "low cat on the totem pole." She tends to be skittish, and takes her time to warm up to new people and other cats. BUT when Laynie has one-on-one time with her foster Mom, she can show her sweet side! Laynie needs that special person with patience and love to help her develop confidence and trust, so she can show her sweet side ALL the time!

Notes:  Jake came to Henrico Humane Society because his owner died unexpectedly leaving four cats.
He gets along with dogs and other cats, tolerates kittens. He sleeps next to your back in bed. When you turn over, he moves also. He will sit on your newspaper and help you read, but he is a slow reader.
Jake has just had his teeth cleaned, he is litter box trained, and up to date on shots. Jake has tested Feline Leukemia negative and was issued a good bill of health.

Notes:         Tabitha is a very sweet and affectionate gray tabby that was rescued from a trailer park with her 4 kittens who have all been adopted.  She is estimated to be between 2-3 years old.  She gets along with other cats and has done well with her foster dog sister.  She has beautiful green eyes and pretty tabby markings.  Tabitha has been tested, spayed and is up to date on her vaccinations.
