Henrico Humane Society is run entirely by volunteers and has no paid staff.  We do not have a shelter and instead keep most of our animals in foster homes until permanent, loving homes can be found for them.  Animals are brought to adoption stand every Saturday to one of three locations in the Short Pump area.
